It’s important to know right from the start that if you want to permanently get rid of the belly fat, you have to combine diet with exercise. Here are 7 steps to follow in your program:

Contract your abs, breathe deeply and exhale lifting the pelvis so as to form a straight line with the top of the body. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Repeat this at least 10 times.

You may also try doing high cardio training, 30 minutes per session, six time a week. Try jogging or jumping rope for 3 minutes then stop and start jumping again.

It can be used both internally (1 or 2 cups are recommended per day) or externally (used for compresses and baths).

For black hair, it is recommended a similar decoction combined with black tea. Equal parts of black tea and sage should be used for obtaining this mixture. Sage is also efficient for gray hair as it strengthens it and also restores its natural color.

Besides hair treatments, another use of sage is for stained and faded skin with enlarged pores. Combined with decoction, you can use it to wash your face every morning and evening. Additionally, you can use this preparation on the evening, as a compress on your cheeks and held it for about 15 minutes.

Another benefit of sage is that it can also be for teeth whitening. Rub your teeth with sage leaves in order to have whiter and brighter teeth. In terms of cleaning purposes, you can use tea sage for rinsing your mouth. It cleans the oral cavity giving a fresh breath.

7 Beginner Strength Training Workouts



I have been preaching the message about how important Strength Training is to every body (especially women)! I gave you plenty of reasons why you should be lifting weights and I have been increasing my own weight training and feeling incredibly stronger as a result.

However, a lot of my friends (including some of you readers) don’t really take the time to strength train. Women often get a bad rap at the gym–we are labeled as cardio bunnies who tend to jump on the elliptical/stairmaster/spin bike for 40 minutes get all sweaty and call it a day at the gym. Or we go to Zumba class/Run a few miles/bike around the park and pack it in. These are all legitimate, calorie burning, endorphin producing workouts but for those of us looking to develop muscle as well, supplementing with strength training is a must!

Another question I get is “Where do I start?” My answer to that is start with the basics! You can go to your local sports supply stores and pick up a pair of 5lb and 10lb dumbbells to workout at home PLUS All gyms are equipped with free weights.
